I'm Baaack!

I've taken a little break from blogging.  So maybe it was a long break.  A long four year break.  But a lot can happen in four years.  We've had another little girl (that makes three) and we've moved to another state!  I've also decided to turn this blog into a hodge podge of our life, my thoughts on things and all the fun and crazy DIY projects I tend to do on a whim.  Luckily, I have a husband who tends to just shake his head and go along with whatever I get myself into. 

So here's how this is probably all going to get started.  We have a 10-, four and two-year old which in my post will be referred to as MadPad, Poo and Tater.  Yes, that's what I call them at home.  They don't seem to mind so we roll with it.  Three girls.  Even our cat is a girl.  My husband usually hears that old southern saying anytime he tells people that...."Oh bless your heart." 

Anytime I do a new project, I'll try to post pics and a tutorial on how I completed it.  Let me warn you.  I LOVE crafts!  All of them!  I make jewelry, crochet, and paint.  Power tools don't scare me and my hot glue gun always has spare sticks to fill it.  I could spend hours in craft and home improvement stores.  I also enjoy cooking and baking so don't be surprised if you see a fun recipe on here every so often.  If I mention a brand or store on my blog, it's because that's where I've shopped for my supplies.  No endorsement deals here.  I also have a few projects I've already completed that I'd love to show you but I won't have step-by-step pictures.  I'll try to still include a tutorial though and you can always send me any questions. 

With all that said, I'm really hoping to stay on top of this.  It's a great way for me to keep up with all I'm doing and hopefully I can give you some fun ideas in the process.  Plus, with three daughters involved in softball and dance, I can't afford a therapist.  This is my therapy and my sounding board.
