I got in trouble for not updating the blog. A lot has happened since I last updated at Christmas. Let's start on April 14 when Pressly made her arrival. She weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces. She looks just like her big sister, who by the way loves her baby sister dearly. Pressly has been a handful. She has done almost everything opposite from Maddie. The best part of that is that she started sleeping through the night at 9 weeks old. It was 8 months for the big sister.

Two weeks after Pressly was born, Ben started a new job. This required us to relocate to Baton Rouge where he became an IT Manager for Capital One Bank. So far, he is really enjoying the position. I also took a new full-time job as mommy, leaving my career behind for a while. We decided I would stay home with Pressly and Maddie and so far I am loving it. Maddie will start Kindergarten in August and I will be starting my last year of school too to finish my degree. I can't believe how fast she has grown up.

To be quite honest, we miss Little Rock and the friends we have made there over the years. At the same time, it feels so good to be closer to our families. We get to see them so much more now and they can watch their granddaughters grow up in person rather than on a webcam. It has also been great to reconnect with friends we've had since high school.
