Busy Weekend

We had a very busy, but very entertaining weekend. On Saturday, we started with lunch at Chick-Fil-A, followed by a trip to the Little Rock Zoo. We ended up becoming members of the zoo so that we could go anytime we want. Also, with our membership, we can go to the Alexandria Zoo along with 149 others in the US for free. After the zoo, we went window car shopping just to help me get an idea of what I want for my next vehicle. I'm leaning toward a Tahoe, but have a few months to figure it out. When we got home, Maddie and I baked and decorated some cupcakes and a cake. They are so yummy and tempting. We are giving in the temptation very often. We finished our night off with some Firehouse subs and a trip to Best Buy. Saturday was a great day.

On Sunday, we started the day off by going to church. We always attend the 8:15 service, followed by Sunday school so we can get to lunch before the crowds. After lunch today, we went to the Arkansas Travelers baseball game with Michael, Cill and Parker. The girls got to give high-fives to "Shelly," the mascot and we dodged a few foul balls. They also have inflatables, so they got to play for a few minutes in those. Ben and I ended up with a sun burn, but Maddie had on sunscreen and is fine.

We have pictures below from our fun-filled weekend. We hope this post finds everyone doing well and looking forward to a great summer as much as we are. In 62 days, we will be boarding our flight to Disney World, so we are definitely looking foward to our summer!
