Well, it's official. I (Sherie) have been offered a job with Alltel as a manager in their creative services department. I accepted it yesterday and will start on February 5th. I am scared and excited all at the same time. And many people have asked about me and Ben working together, but he is on the 1st floor of one building and I will be on the 7th floor of another. We will rarely see each other during the day unless we plan to. It is sad to leave my job now where I have been for almost 5 years, but it's a great opportunity that I just couldn't pass up.
Now, about Mardi Gras. It's almost here!!!! We leave two weeks from today for the festivities of South Louisiana! Maddie reminded me this morning that she will need to bring her black megaphone (courtesy of Aunt Corma) to yell, "Throw Me Something Mister." I love this time of year!
