Working for the Weekend

I hope this finds everyone doing well. We are anxiously awaiting Christmas around our house. Maddie reminds us almost every day that Santa needs to bring her a doctor set and My Little Pony panties. She is loving the drive home every night because lights are starting to go up on the houses, so the ride home is full of "Wow!!!" and "It's wonderful" and "Mom, check it out!!!". We went to the old State Capitol and the new one this past weekend and took Christmas pictures. She had a blast running up and down all the steps in those old buildings. A picture is below.

I am heading to Branson this weekend with a couple of girls to do some shopping and eating. I'm looking forward to it and hopefully I'll be able to finish up the Christmas shopping. Ben is leaving Tuesday for New York for a couple of days. He's going to get to see the big tree at Rockefellar Center.
